Overcyte was born out of frustration with manual, repetitive and siloed ways of managing cyber risk across critical infrastructure.
Using spreadsheets and trying to make generic risk management platforms work for cyber risk and compliance isn't an option any more.
Our vision is to build a cyber resilience platform for our community. Critical infrastructure operators who face the ever growing challenge of supporting digital initiatives whilst protecting systems which are complex in design and often in a vulnerable state.

Founder
With deep domain knowledge in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT), Aaron has spent over 20 years helping mission critical organisations secure their infastrucutre and their people.
His passion lies in adopting a risk-based approach, breaking down traditional barriers between IT and OT, and positioning cybersecurity as a strategic business enabler.
His deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, coupled with his experience in business transformation, uniquely positions him to lead both the product and technical teams at Overcyte.

Dermot is a cyber practitioner. He has spent most of his career delivering Information Security and Technology advisory across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
He has extensive knowledge of cyber frameworks and standards; their applicability and value.
Critical infrastructure is a constant theme across his career, working in Telecommunications, Energy and Finance businesses. This experience has helped to build an understanding of how critical infrastructure providers manage cyber risk and how Overcyte can contribute to solving these challenges.

Diljit is a strategic problem solver with a deep analytical mindset, specialising in cyber risk management and security operations for critical infrastructure environments.
He combines technical depth and strategic foresight to identify vulnerabilities, assess risk exposure and implement controls that enhance both security and operational resilience.
He previously built one of New Zealand's largest and most capable Security Operations businesses. This experience has given him significant exposure to the challenges that critical infrastructure operators endure.
