Founder

With deep domain knowledge in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT), Aaron has spent over 20 years helping mission critical organisations secure their infrastructure and their people.

His passion lies in adopting a risk-based approach, breaking down traditional barriers between IT and OT, and positioning cybersecurity as a strategic business enabler.

His deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, coupled with his experience in business transformation, uniquely positions him to lead both the product and technical teams at Overcyte.

Kyle Ward

Full Stack Developer

With deep expertise in multi-tenant SaaS and secure serverless architectures, Kyle builds and operates Overcyte’s cybersecurity platform, spanning React/TypeScript on the front end and hardened cloud-native services on the back end.

His passion lies in reliability, performance, and embedding robust AI workflows that make security operations simpler at scale.

His track record includes modernising eccuity’s MVP to Vue 3 with brokerage and KYC/AML integrations, designing MetaGame Play’s multi-tenant architecture and CI/CD on AWS Lambda, and helping build Uproar.gg (200k+ users) and Doesplay (30k+ users) uniquely positions him to deliver resilient, scalable product experiences at Overcyte.

Finn Greig

Full Stack Developer

Finn is an experienced full-stack developer in compliance-focused SaaS, helping simplify cyber-compliance for critical infrastructure at Overcyte.

His passion lies in crafting reliable software and measuring success by how well it supports the people who use it.

His track record spans CarbonInvoice, Common Ledger, Snapper Services, and Octal (freelance React marketplace work), a Next.js–Squarespace integration, and enhancements to Ireland’s NTA ticketing.

Kyran Stagg

Full Stack Developer

Kyran is a full-stack software engineer who loves building well-crafted, durable applications and helping the people around him do their best work.

Over the past five years he's worked across the spectrum, from fast-growing startups to FTSE 100 firms, now working for Overcyte. Having spent much of his career in industries where trust and privacy matter, keeping people's data safe and secure is always front of mind.

Outside of code, Kyran is happiest with a good table-top game, something cooking on the stove, and good company.

Corinne Davies

UX Designer

Corinne is a UX Designer at Overcyte, where she focuses on human-centred design and research to capture user needs and help create an intuitive, streamlined platform.

Over 20 years in the tech industry, Corinne has delivered UX design, research, and product management across fintech, insurance, banking, and energy organisations in NZ, Australia and the UK.

Recent work includes consulting for a range of clients through Askable, teaching design and front-end development at Mission Ready, and founding Griefity, a NZ Hi-Tech Award finalist app now used in 17 countries.  

Sonia Hills

Strategic Growth Manager

Sonia is the Strategic Growth Manager at Overcyte, where she focuses on strategic partnerships, market growth, and helping critical infrastructure organisations strengthen cyber resilience through continuous compliance.

With more than 20 years of experience across the construction industry in the UK and Australia, Sonia has delivered specification leadership across high end interior solutions, working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and developers on large-scale commercial projects.

Recent work includes supporting utilities, infrastructure providers, and technology partners across New Zealand and Australia as organisations navigate evolving cyber risk, operational resilience, and compliance requirements.

Jamie Smithson

Customer Success Manager

Jamie is the Customer Success Manager at Overcyte, where he focuses on helping critical infrastructure organisations get real value from the platform, turning it into a practical tool for strengthening their cyber resilience and compliance.

Jamie studied Information Systems and Accounting at the University of Canterbury and the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Alongside his studies, he spent over five years building hands-on experience in health and safety technology, working across the full customer journey from discovery workshops and site deployments through to post-go-live support, playing a key role in turning complex onboarding processes into consistent, customer-first experiences.

His background across QA, customer success, and stakeholder engagement makes him well placed to support organisations at every stage of their journey with Overcyte.
